My Story

Obesity is a disease that I have struggled with for most of my life. At my highest weight of 270 lbs., I've tried countless methods to lose weight, including fad diets, supplements, various workouts, gym memberships, hiring trainers, nutritional and detox systems, liquid diets, and even investing in a 4K interactive treadmill. I've meticulously tracked my calorie intake using apps like Carb Manager, MyFitnessPal, Noom, Lose It, and FatSecret, and joined accountability systems on these platforms. Despite my efforts, nothing was sustainable. I would lose weight only to gain it back as soon as I switched diets.

The journey was emotionally and physically draining. I felt unattractive, avoided taking photos, and struggled to find clothes that fit well. In an unhealthy attempt to lose 30 lbs., I starved myself, only to fall back into the yo-yo cycle after indulging in a single cookie. My health deteriorated with high sugar levels, lack of sleep, a big belly, no energy, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a metabolic age of 80. I knew I needed to make a change.

I want to live a healthier life! I realized I needed to heal from within and took on the challenge of finding a solution that would be effective and sustainable for me, and that I could share with others.

I'm excited to share that I found a solution! Now, at 49 years old and 182 lbs., I still have progress to make, but this journey has been life-changing. I feel better, my sugar levels are improving, I have more energy, I sleep better, and I can finally find cute clothes that fit! Can you relate?
